JR Denny
Co-Founder
JR is the co-founder of Good Ground Investments, a real estate and
investment company built on a Christ-centered foundation. He brings
over eight years of experience in operations, workforce leadership,
and process improvement, currently serving as a Production Manager, a
role he has held since 2022 after nearly a decade in the company. He
holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University and is
completing his MBA at the University of Phoenix, bringing a
disciplined, results-driven approach to every venture he leads. JR’s
faith is central to who he is and how he leads, both in business and
in life. He and his wife, Jennifer, founded Good Ground Investments
together, pairing his operational expertise with her work on the
investment side to build something rooted in integrity, stewardship,
and long-term value. Their mission is to grow a company that honors
God, serves people well, and builds lasting opportunity through real
estate. Together, they are committed to doing business the right way,
with faith, family, and excellence guiding every decision.
Jennifer Denny
Co-Founder
Jennifer is passionate about lifelong learning, personal growth, and
helping others succeed. With more than two decades of professional
experience, she has built a career centered on developing people and
creating opportunities for growth. She enjoys exploring new
technologies, spending time outdoors, and investing in meaningful
relationships. Jennifer and her husband are the proud parents of three
sons and grandparents to two granddaughters. She is actively involved
in her church and participates in a home church group that meets
regularly for Bible study, fellowship, and discussion. Faith, family,
and a desire to positively impact others are at the center of her
life. She strives to bring authenticity, encouragement, and a spirit
of service to everything she does.
